This unique menu features cocktails from various eras, starting from the 1600s to modern times. Each drink has been meticulously crafted to represent the distinct flavours and techniques of its time, offering guests a delightful journey through the rich tapestry of cocktail culture.
The Globe Inn is proud to partner with renowned local distilleries, including Annandale Distillery, Ninefold Distillery, and Crafty Distillery – home of Hills and Harbour Gin, to bring you exceptional cocktails that highlight the region’s exceptional spirits. From the smooth and complex notes of Annandale’s award-winning whiskies to the bold and aromatic flavours of Ninefold’s signature rum and the refreshing botanicals of Hills and Harbour Gins, each sip is a celebration of local craftsmanship.

The Globe Inn is open for drinks from 11 am to 11 pm, Wednesday through Saturday.
