We open our latest venture The Globe Inn on the 4th September. The Globe Inn is a Scottish icon built in 1610, once the Howff of Robert Burns and we (Annandale Distillery) have spent 6 months stripping back the more recent history to expose many original features. Working with historians, curators, heritage, and contractors, we have discovered some priceless artifacts, some Burns related, some not, but all fascinating.
To help the local economy through tourism and destination hospitality the Annandale team have developed a stunning environment to deliver great value stylish food, that will set a new benchmark for Dumfries and Galloway.
In hiring a Michelin experienced front and back of house team we will bring a level of perfection with humour and hospitality. Alongside this we will boast the largest selection of whisky in Dumfries and Galloway (200+ bottles) and an educational beverage list taking you on a historic journey.
