Description
Perhaps one of the most recognisable Bourbons in the world, Woodford Reserve has a long legacy of whisky production in Kentucky’s Bluegrass region, dating all the way back to 1812. They stick to traditional production methods, using a copper pot still and a mash bill of corn, rye and malted barley. It is then aged in charred, American oak for four years, meaning the whiskey is embedded deeply into every single stave when it arrives at Annandale Distillery for refilling. These casks are proven to produce some of our finest Single Cask Malt with lots of complexity, fresh orchard fruit, ripe berries, creamy vanilla, and subtle wood spice.
